Vinyasa Yoga is a fast-paced practice. Practice coordinates movements with your breath, which flow from one pose to the next, and provides cardiovascular benefits.
Modified yoga poses are done while seated in a chair. It is designed to elevate your heart rate and keep it elevated for a set period of time. With chair aerobics, the participant remains seated while doing aerobic exercises, helping to build endurance and strengthen the heart.
Use weights, resistance bands, tubes and your own body weight to strengthen all major muscle groups and tone your body. A mix of exercises will work the whole body improving energy levels, flexibility, balance and core strength.
Each level of yoga will help to strengthen the mind-body connection, while improving balance, strength and flexibility.
Yoga enthusiasts will enjoy strengthening the body and releasing the free flow of breath and energy. Finishes with 15 minutes of meditation.
Hatha Flow Yoga
This yoga practice is a gentle Hatha flow. Movements are slow and great for those new to yoga, for students who prefer a more relaxed style, or for holding poses longer.
TRX is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person’s own body weight. This class will have you alternating between the TRX Suspension Trainer and on-the-floor cardio.
Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms. Sculpts muscles and elongates the appearance of your body. Exciting & dynamic class with high metabolic drills results in massive calorie expenditure.
Stretch and strengthen the muscles of your body, especially the core muscles. Tones your body with the use of different equipment.
This is a fitness class in disguise, inspired by Latin music. Take the "work" out of workout by mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
