 Far infrared waves penetrate into your body and activate the sweat glands.  The sweat glands are one of the tools that the body has at hand to eliminate toxins. As your internal body heat increases, sweat and detox your entire body.

HALO-IR Sauna Breathe and Detox Suites

Halo is the Greek prefix meaning salt. Our generators disperse pure pharmaceutical grade salt that is heated and ground into tiny particles by a halogenerator and then dispersed into the sauna. The salt opens the airways, reduces inflammation in the lungs and sinuses and loosens mucus.

IR is short for infrared.
Infrared therapy is an innovative light-based method to treat pain and inflammation in various parts of the body.  

Halo-IR booths are custom-built saunas integrated with a HALO-GX halogenerator, which is the newest halotherapy technology. This is the first ever joint product that has both Infrared and Halotherapy modalities.

To Prepare for a HALO-IR Treatment

  • Arrive 10 minutes before session
 
  • We provide one small cooling lavender towel and one dry towel. You're welcome to bring your own towels
 
  • Drink plenty of water before and after your session
  • Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes. Areas of exposed skin will experience increased blood flow, and positive dermatological effects

What to Expect at your Session

  • Through the course of a session, many people feel their breathing open up, and individual breaths become easier and fuller
 
  • You may experience the slight taste of salt on your lips. This is normal.
  • Feel free to exit the booth at any time if needed
