Intro to Pilates Reformer
Held most Saturdays at 11:30am, this FREE beginner-friendly Pilates Reformer class is required before entering a regular reformer class. Designed for those new to the reformer, this class introduces essential fundamentals including proper alignment, breathing, spring settings, and core engagement. You’ll move through slow, controlled exercises that build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness in a supportive environment. Clear instruction and modifications are provided throughout to ensure safety and confidence on the equipment. No prior reformer experience is required.
